The Company operates an R&D in sciences and online multidisciplinary platform providing digital, educational and informational materials.

By accessing the website or purchasing Digital Products, the User agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Company” means Mycotopia DOO Divoš.
“User” means any natural or legal person accessing the website.
“Customer” means a User who completes a purchase transaction.
“Digital Products” include eBooks, audiobooks, downloadable materials, digital bundles, and all electronically delivered content.
“Merchant of Record” means Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliated entities (“Paddle”).
“Content” includes all text, graphics, audio, design, structure, layout, trademarks, logos, databases, and intellectual property made available on the website.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Company provides Digital Products exclusively through electronic delivery.

No physical goods are supplied unless expressly stated.

The website may also contain blog content, educational materials, and informational resources. Such materials are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.

4. MERCHANT OF RECORD – PADDLE

All transactions are processed through Paddle acting as Merchant of Record.

Paddle is the legal seller of Digital Products and is responsible for:

  • Payment processing
  • VAT and applicable tax calculation and remittance
  • Issuance of invoices and receipts
  • Fraud prevention
  • Chargeback management
  • Refund administration in accordance with its policies

The Company does not store or process full payment card information.

By completing a purchase, the Customer agrees to Paddle’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

If account creation is enabled, Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of services
  • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • Breach of these Terms

6. LICENSE GRANT

Upon valid purchase, the Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Redistribution or resale
  • File sharing
  • Public distribution
  • Commercial exploitation
  • Modification or derivative works
  • Reverse engineering
  • Circumvention of technical protection measures

Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Content is protected by Serbian, EU, and international intellectual property laws.

No rights are transferred to the User except the limited license expressly granted.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation may result in civil and criminal liability.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DIGITAL CONTENT)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Serbian consumer protection law:

By expressly consenting to immediate access to Digital Products, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once download or streaming begins.

This consent is collected during the checkout process.

9. REFUNDS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Refunds are processed exclusively under Paddle’s refund policies.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are managed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

The Company reserves the right to deny access to Digital Products in cases of abuse of refund mechanisms.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users shall not:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Disrupt website functionality
  • Upload malicious code
  • Engage in scraping or automated extraction

The Company reserves the right to restrict access for violations.

11. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

The website may contain affiliate links to third-party products or services.

The Company may earn commissions without additional cost to Users.

Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial integrity.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

  • The Company is not liable for third-party platform failures, including Paddle or hosting providers.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of Digital Products
  • Infringement of third-party rights

15. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, regulatory actions, or cyber incidents.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Nothing in these Terms shall deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by applicable consumer law in their country of residence.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the User regarding use of the website and Digital Products.

20. AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
